Or, depuis 2006, la construction d&#8217;un EPR (European Pressurized Reactor) doit venir se greffer \u00e0 l&#8217;infrastructure existante.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Comment expliquer le choix de cet emplacement et les retards du constructeur&nbsp;?
