Le Tribunal de Grande Instance de Narbonne d\u00e9clare en 2012 que la Comurhex est enti\u00e8rement responsable,&nbsp; mais ce jugement est cass\u00e9 en 2013 par la Cour d\u2019appel de Montpellier. En janvier 2016, Michel Leclerc porte l\u2019affaire devant la Cour europ\u00e9enne des droits de l\u2019Homme (lire l\u2019article de&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.novethic.fr\/breves\/details\/cancer-dun-travailleur-du-nucleaire-laffaire-portee-devant-la-cour-europeenne.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Novethic)<\/a>.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"fluidvids\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"fluidvids-item\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/rw-_M8nJcTc\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\" data-fluidvids=\"loaded\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\"><strong>Serge Belli<\/strong>, sous-traitant contamin\u00e9 lors de travaux effectu\u00e9s au pied de la digue du bassin B2 qui s\u2019est effondr\u00e9e en 2004. Il d\u00e9clare une&nbsp;<span class=\"st\"><em>leuc\u00e9mie lympho\u00efde chronique<\/em><\/span>&nbsp;en 2007. Sa maladie n\u2019est pas reconnue comme une maladie professionnelle, car la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale estime qu\u2019il n\u2019existe pas de lien avec la radioactivit\u00e9 de la Comurhex.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"fluidvids\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"fluidvids-item\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/Aj9z8Atf7bI\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\" data-fluidvids=\"loaded\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\"><strong>Fran\u00e7ois Gambart,&nbsp;<\/strong>gardien de l\u2019usine, est d\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9 en 2001 d\u2019une&nbsp;<\/span><em>leuc\u00e9mie<\/em><span lang=\"fr-FR\"><em>&nbsp;aigu\u00eb<\/em>&nbsp;survenue en 1999.
